The Swami Rama Foundation is a nonprofit, tax-exempt organization established to support projects that foster the vision of the Himalayan Sage Swami Rama. Activities of the foundation include dissemination of the ageless truths and wisdom of the Himalayan sages through publications and other media as well as supporting humanitarian and educational projects that nurture the body, mind and spirit of all human beings, enabling them to lead joyful and meaningful lives.
The mission of the Himalayan Institute Hospital Trust (HIHT), a nonprofit organization, is to develop integrated and cost-effective approaches to health care and development that address the local population, and which can serve as a model for the country as a whole, and for underserved populations worldwide. An integrated approach in which traditional systems of health care complement modern medicine and advanced technology is the prime focus of clinical care, medical education, and research at HIHT.

Swami Hariharananda, a direct disciple of Swami Rama, is a true forest monk in the 4,000 year old tradition of Himalayan sages. After he became a monk, he lived and meditated for 15 years in the mountain forests of Tarkeshwar. His lectures are filled with practical teaching, inspiration, good humor and knowledge derived from practices which lead him to the Source of eternal wisdom. He has been traveling world wide since 2001. Swamiji accepted the major undertaking of the SRIVERM (Swami Rama Institute of Vocational Education and Research, Malethi) Project located in the village of MALETHI, in the Puri Garhwal District of the Himalayan Mountains, in the State of Uttaranchal, India. This mission was entrusted to him by his Guru Swami Rama.
